“WOMAN FOR ART AND SOCIAL CULTURE” Award

If it is true that there is no art capable of celebrating life more than cinema and theater, that of Isabel Russinova celebrates it twice. Because, through her works and her artistic activity, she says no to violence against women, telling about its implications and the most invisible forms.

An interpretative and writing talent, his, which releases all its expressive power in the theatrical show "Safa and the child bride", in the play "A broken life", centered on the life of Simone de Beauvoir, in the project "On the steps of sky ”, or in the productions of TEHR, the review dedicated to human rights of which she is the creator and artistic director.

Speaking to the younger generations and lighting the spark of reflection are also the objectives that Isabel pursues as the official testimonial of Amnesty International and as the active and sensitive soul of Ars Millenial, the independent production house which she created together with her partner Rodolfo Martinelli Carraresi.

Because art, memory and culture are powerful antidotes to the injustices of the world and gender-based violence is a theme on which Isabel has never allowed the curtain to fall.
