A place where even the concept of secrecy has as its ultimate goal the protection of those who, in their own skin, still bear the marks of the violence suffered. Young people, mothers, children. Victims of abuse and traumas that are difficult to overcome. To them, the SOS Village in Saronno has always opened its doors. To them, the Mama Child Programme provides them with concrete support. Always to them, Glenda Pizzetti has dedicated her life as an educator. Putting herself questioning to the point of disrupting her own plans. By listening and continuing to develop networks of support and solidarity where there is an obvious need. A constant work of openness and protection to create new garrisons within civil society. On behalf of all those who, in fighting their own personal battle, have yet to regain autonomy, self-confidence and trust in others.
