LA MANAGER ARETINA DIVA MORIANI RITIRA IL PREMIO “IMPRENDITORIA PER IL SOCIALE”
Conosciamo meglio Diva Moriani, manager aretina attualmente inserita nella top ten delle dirigenti più autorevoli d’Italia. Vicepresidente del colosso Intek, oltre a ricoprire ruoli apicali all’interno delle principali società del gruppo, è anche membro attivo della Fondazione Dynamo, promotrice del progetto Dynamo Camp. A lei va il riconoscimento nella categoria “Imprenditoria per il sociale”.
Aretina classe 1968, e con una laurea in Economia e commercio conseguita presso l’Università degli studi di Firenze, Diva Moriani è, dal 2007, vicepresidente esecutivo di Intek Group S.p.A, una prestigiosa holding quotata di partecipazioni industriali e finanziarie che vanta un fatturato complessivo superiore ai 2 miliardi di euro e conta oltre 4000 dipendenti. Un ruolo, il suo, di rilievo e responsabilità che, negli ultimi anni, l’ha portata a rivestire cariche manageriali tra le fila delle principali società interne al gruppo di Vincenzo Manes, oltre che ad affiancare Emma Marcegaglia nel CDA di Eni.
Amministratore delegato, dal 2007 al 2012, del Fondo di private equity I2Capital Partners, promosso dalla stessa Intek e specializzato in special situations, nel 2014 diventa membro del Consiglio d’amministrazione di Moncler SPA, per poi approdare, dopo soli due anni, anche nel CDA di Assicurazioni Generali. Nel 2017 alla vicepresidenza di Intek si aggiunge anche quella di KME SE, holding tedesca del Gruppo KME, primo player mondiale nel settore dei semilavorati in rame con quindici stabilimenti industriali dislocati fra l’Europa, la Cina e gli Stati Uniti. Una nomina, quest’ultima, che la proietta, già nel 2020, alla presidenza della KME Mansfeld, KME Germany e nel consiglio d’amministrazione di Culti Milano SPA, società leader nella produzione e distribuzione di fragranze d’ambiente e personal care.
Sposata, con un figlio adolescente e da sempre legata alle proprie radici toscane, Diva Moriani è, inoltre, da quasi vent’anni, membro attivo del CDA della Fondazione Dynamo, realtà ideatrice del primo camp italiano di terapia ricreativa per bambini malati, e della Dynamo Academy, impresa sociale specializzata nella promozione della sostenibilità e del ruolo delle aziende come motore di sviluppo comunitario.

In recent years, her important and responsible role has led her to hold managerial positions through the ranks of the main companies of the group guided by Vincenzo Manes, as well as to support Emma Marcegaglia in the Eni Board of Directors.
Executive Chief, from 2007 to 2012, of the private equity fund “I2capital Partners”, promoted by Intek and specialized in special situations, in 2014 she became a member of the Moncler SPA Board of Directors, and also landed in the General Insurance Board. In 2017, the vice presidency of Intek was joined by KME SE, a German holding company of the KME Group, the world leading player in the copper semi-finished products sector with fifteen industrial plants located among Europe, China and United States. A nomination that projected her to the KME Mansfeld presidency and to the Board of directors of Culti Milano SPA, a leading company in the production and distribution of environmental fragrances and personal care.
Mother of a teenage son and woman strongly linked to her Tuscan roots, Diva Moriani has also been, for almost twenty years, an active member of the Board of Directors of the Dynamo Foundation, a non-profit organization organizing the first Italian recreational therapy camp for children with pathologies, and the Dynamo Academy, social enterprise specializing in promoting sustainability and a stronger companies’ engagement in the community development.
